The owner of the Aister service publishes this draft offer for the closed beta of the platform. The text awaits legal review and approval; unfilled details are completed before publication.
2. Subject
Providing access to the Aister cabinet: the Agent assistant and (after release) Aister Hermes. Service scope and beta limitations are described on https://aister.store.
3. Access and account
Access is by invitation (closed beta). The user must not share credentials and must follow the terms of use. A procedure for revoking access is to be specified.
4. Payment
Plans, trial period, and refunds are described when billing launches (T-Bank). Payment identifiers are not listed until legal approval.
5. Liability
The service is provided “as is” in beta. Liability is limited to the maximum allowed by law. Final wording is to be confirmed by legal.
